HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We sincerely encourage you to thoroughly consider your purchase before you place an order because there are no cancellations. All orders are final and will be shipped promptly.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You may visit UPS.com and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you to track the current status of your package.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you do not receive an email from Campus Remix within a few hours of placing your order, please check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Service department  via email at info@campusremixx.com.

 

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN’T FIND MY PACKAGE?

Campus Remix does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds, credits, or reshipments for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO AND HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

Unfortunately to keep the value and limited selection if an item is out of stock there will be no restock. However new items are released frequently so be sure to subscribe to the Campus Remix email list to be the first to know about new releases. 

 

DO YOU CARRY PLUS SIZES?

Our biggest size for men is XXXXXL and biggest size for women is XXXL.


HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON THE WAY?

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to ship you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. Please use UPS tracking features to determine when your package is in-transit and delivered to your door.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately Campus Remix only ships in the United States.




WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

To return please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your package. This email must contain your order number. We will then email you a prepaid return label with our return address. Just bring this return label and the item to UPS. Once we receive your item you will receive store credit for the item along with a store credit notification sent via email.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To exchange please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your package. This email must contain your order number and preferred new size. We will then email you a prepaid shipping label with our return address. Just bring this shipping label and the original item to UPS. Once we receive the original item we will then ship the new item and tracking information will be sent to your email.

DOES CAMPUS REMIX GIVE REFUNDS?

Refunds are sent for the following situations: 

If an item is sold out and somehow you were able to still purchase the item.

If you received an item and it doesn't fit but we are sold out of the size you want to exchange it for.

If you received an item that was somehow damaged in transit just send us an email and we will send a new replacement item.
