EXCHANGE POLICY
To exchange please send us an email at info@campusremixx.com within 7 days of receiving your package. This email must contain your order number and preferred new size. We will then email you a prepaid shipping label with our return address. Just bring this shipping label and the original item to UPS. Once we receive the original item we will then ship the new item and tracking information will be sent to your email.
Exchange Process:
a. Items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your package. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
b. Free shipping for exchanges
c. Once we receive the original item we will then ship the new item and tracking information will be sent to your email.
d. All exchanged items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached to the original packaging.
